Caregiver in Flowery Branch GA
As a family caregiver in the ever-growing sandwich generation, you are always looking for meals you can prepare that will satisfy both your aging loved ones and your children so that you do not have to take the time to prepare two full meals. This type of meal needs to not only be delicious and satisfying, but also have all of the nutrition that you want to give your family members so that they can stay healthy and strong.
This recipe is for a dinner that hits all of those requirements. It is a rich and delicious spin on the classic combination of lemon and chicken, ideal for bringing these family flavors into the colder winter months. Since it contains potatoes right in the casserole, you do not need to add another starch to the plate. Serve the bake with a fresh salad or a side of vegetables such as green beans or spinach and a fruit salad for dessert to create a complete, well-balanced meal that features all of the food groups.

It has given me an insight and perspective not many people understand unless you are doing it or have done it.I loved taking care of my mom.I love helping others take care of their love ones too.And now that I’ve been sick, it’s given me a whole new level of empathy and understanding for those who are sick and need help.”
Valerie’s schedule varies daily, but she loves visiting with our clients, families, caregivers, our network partners and being in the office.Says Valerie, “Every day is different, but I wake up excited about what we do, inspired by our team, clients and caregivers.I strive to be a resource to the community.I love my team and I love what we do every day. I like to think my mom would be proud.”
